Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue where my laptop's Wi-Fi keeps dropping even though the status shows it's connected. I've tried several fixes: 1) downloaded the latest drivers, 2) turned off and enabled the adapter manually, 3) sent it to the manufacturer for a new part, 4) uninstalled the driver through Device Manager and let Windows pick one, 5) disabled the auto-sleep feature in Device Manager, and 6) updated the router settings. All attempts failed. I'm using an Intel Wireless AC 9560 and downloaded the driver from their site. Anyone have any advice?

You received a fresh laptop or an updated adapter. Is this issue limited to your home setup or does it occur across various Wi-Fi connections?

Just a new laptop. I’m only linked to my home Wi-Fi yet.

Are you sure no other wireless gadgets in your house are experiencing unstable internet connections? Consider switching the router's wireless frequency if nearby devices are causing interference.

My Samsung S8 has the same problem too, but less severe than my laptop. I switched the Wi-Fi channel and will check the results.

When two gadgets face identical problems, the router is probably the culprit.

My computer's desktop isn't experiencing this problem.
