It seems your router is indicating that.

Does your router use the identical SSID for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks? Have you attempted to separate them into distinct SSIDs and tested the laptop on each to confirm the problem? Since the connection drops unpredictably but remains active, you might suspect a DHCP lease issue—something I’ve encountered before where Windows struggles to renew the lease properly, sometimes requiring a reboot. Is there an option in your router to adjust the interval between lease renewals?

To see the SSID for 2.4 and 5 GHz channels on your Asus Router .Plus, open a web browser and type the IP address (usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1) into your browser. Log in with your credentials, then look for the wireless settings or network list. You should be able to see which channels are active and their corresponding SSIDs. If you're unsure about lease changes, check the router's status page or contact Asus support for further help.

Sure, I got it. The SSID refers to the network name, while I didn’t know that before. They’re not the same thing.

You verified performance across both networks and confirmed the router supports adjusting the DHCP lease duration.

Both networks have unique identifiers, but I can't adjust the lease duration since it's set to one day.
