Hi, I noticed your internet speed dropped from 1.1 Gbps to 80 Mbps. It might be due to interference from your cat 8 cable or Wi-Fi point. Try disconnecting the cable and plugging it back in. Also, check if your onboard Wi-Fi card is functioning properly—swap it with another if possible. Your Bluetooth issue could also affect performance; test it separately.

You chose a Cat 8 for reasons that don’t really matter. Cat 5e supports about 2.5 Gbps, while Cat 6a offers 10 Gbps—still limited compared to what you need. A 8Gbps connection is overkill and can create problems. In practice, 1 Gigabit internet delivers roughly 80 MB/s download, which usually translates to 60–85 MB/s depending on your setup.
