Ea has made significant progress. I unknowingly bought two DLCs and asked for a call back. Almost immediately, someone from ea returned to my phone within five seconds after I pressed the button in my browser. They processed the refund right away to my credit card without any issues.

They often manage to avoid consequences. EA's assistance remains the top choice for phone support... Conversations are limited. They’ll reach out before you even think about using the call button—it’s really unsettling how quickly they respond, sometimes in just five seconds.

If it were Origin they'd have responded right away and started working on the issue. Ea could be questionable, but their CSR stands out as the best I've seen in PC land.
