It's currently 12am at my location, so I'll attempt this upon waking up each morning.

My computer no longer crashes during startup, yet the monitor fails to get any signal from the GPU even though the fans and RGB lights are working. I can't connect the monitor to the motherboard because it lacks integrated graphics.

Because your graphics card previously functioned, it's highly improbable it's faulty.
Recheck all connections.
Are the cables connected to the card stable at both ends?
Is the card properly placed into the PCIe x16 slot?
Does your monitor cable fit securely at both ends?
If your monitor lacks automatic input selection, ensure your OSD is configured correctly.
Every graphics card includes a standard low resolution mode that operates without drivers.
Attempt to boot Windows in safe mode without drivers. Press F8 during startup.

The cables are solid, I’m confident the GPU is secure and I have auto input selection. Since I used dp, I might switch to hdmi tomorrow. I attempted pressing f8 during boot, but the screen remains blank with a "no signal" message.

Is there a DVI connection on the monitor? Both DPI and HDMI require a handshake between the sending and receiving devices for them to work. Without this exchange, nothing occurs. With HDMI, it's usually just plugging in at the PC to get recognized. DVI doesn't have these limits, making it more dependable.

It turns out the atx cable in the power supply was slightly loose and my RAM was bad. The overclock wasn't responsible for my PC crashing. Thanks for the responses.
