It crashed to desktop unexpectedly within the GeForce experience app. The issue occurred with Fortnite’s resolution being set to maximum, likely because the monitor is 1920x1080 and the graphics card can’t handle that setting. I reset it back to 1920x1080 and am now playing a match—possibly this resolved the problem.

Similar to choosing an excessively high resolution, once I reduced it I was able to actually play a match.

I was considering GeForce Experience. It attempts to fine-tune settings for every game, but it doesn't quite hit the mark.
Just one match would be enough? I'd continue, just to be certain – three times the fun and all the extras.
