It arrived with just one piece of RAM, so I installed it on my own.

I hit the link and changed my software settings, but the issue is still there.

It had only one piece of RAM, so I put that in on my own. I tried running the link and updating the drivers, but it's still broken.

Is there any chance you saw a driver name come up? It's really rare, even though it does happen sometimes. How long have you been using both of those sticks? Have they worked fine for a long time until things started going wrong?

Long ago, I had already used these sticks when mistakes began to happen.

Do you play shadow games? It's always possible and likely your GPU is at fault. This happened on two different versions of Windows, so maybe the hardware is the problem. You did clean installs between them. Also, since this laptop has all-in-one components that can't be swapped easily, it's probably the motherboard. I'll run memtest on both sticks to see if they're fine. Maybe one stick is failing. Run memtest overnight just in case. Try running memtest86 on each ram stick separately, doing four passes total. You only care about zero errors; anything higher could cause a BSOD. If you find error counts, remove or replace the bad sticks. Memtest comes from a bootable USB drive so you don't need Windows to run it.
