Who will win Vulcan or Dx12
Vulcan since version 12 came about only after the final deadline...
Vulkan* DX12 appears to be gaining quick acceptance from creators thus far.
No matter the outcome, the actual beneficiary seems to be the customer.
It's been evolving for some time, yet many developers are eager to adopt it. Most who jump in at the last minute are often those who start with Vulcan and then add more features.
Hopefully as long as option 4 doesn't occur, dual standards that don't align will fail
