It works slightly better than gDebugger but isn’t as sophisticated as DirectX. Because DirectX supports debugging at the pixel and vertex shader levels, you can interact with the GPU, handle DirectX calls, and gather extra debug details—this helps with code tuning and resolving rendering problems. Plus, it’s completely free, except for Visual Studio licensing costs. Previously, gDebugger was a paid tool; after AMD acquired them, it became free.

I'm satisfied with DX11. I'm just playing TF2 and it doesn't work on DX10, 11, or 12, hehe.
