Your solid-state drive has stopped working and you'll have to purchase a replacement.

But how so?! My system has an M.2 and an SSD, so I’m pretty sure the power supply wasn’t the issue. I’ll just toss it out the window!

It might simply occur; electronics can malfunction, and I couldn't identify the precise reason. However, your M.2 SSD boot issue suggests the drive itself may be faulty. The best solution is to swap it out. What do you mean? You should use a bootable drive, run from a portable OS, or employ a USB flash drive for booting. Using a USB flash drive as your main boot source isn't recommended—some systems won't accept it. Temporary fixes are acceptable, but avoid relying on USB drives for primary startup.

It's unclear what happened, but after unplugging your 512 SATA SSD and reinstalling Windows 11, the M.2 worked properly. You seem confused about what went wrong.

Could be that the sata SSD is what is bad, when you moved your SSD to another computer to test, was it the M.2? Was the computer you tested it in compatible with Nvme drives? It's possible the system you tried testing it in has an M.2 Sata slot not compatible with Nvme drives. I'd use software such as Crystaldiskmark and Crystaldiskinfo to test the drive and make sure the health and speeds are good.
