You can configure one of the XMP profiles to operate at 3200MHz using a dropdown or selection menu. I also have two presets on my Gigabyte board, but they didn’t appear automatically—I had to set them manually to 2133MHz (debug mode) and 3200MHz (maximum supported speed, "daily-drive mode").
my pc 4h running im just waiting for 3extra hours i want to see after i change my bios blue screen comes up or no i will test it like 3h later!! xmp profile and drowpdown to 3000hz how abouy voltage? should i dropdown voltage?
I just checked the control panel > power options > deselect fast startup—it might fix my issue. If it works, I’ll try XMP and dropdown to 3k.
It depends on how you're handling the changes. If you're using XMP and dropdown settings, ensure they're stable and not causing instability. Frequent restarts after a few hours might stress your system, but if you're careful, it's possible. Monitor your PC closely and avoid extreme settings until you're sure.
Consider trying to win 11 if you think the older version might be better suited for it.
Run SFC and DISM on your current setup (refer to the link provided). If the system still crashes after testing, consider updating or performing a full reinstall of the OS.
I checked it when I was on 3200 for five minutes and nothing appeared. https://www.gskill.com/qvl/165/184/15628...-16GVK-QVL I can't see my motherboard there! Can I restart my PC every five hours? Before I got BS every seven hours?
