Hello everyone, *** sorry for the poor English***
My PC specs are: i7 12700, 4.5Hz CPU, 2x8GB RAM (3600VGA), Ti 3600 motherboard from ASUS Prime B660 Plus (last BIOS updated). My RAM speed is 2133, but I want it faster before updating Windows 10. After changing to the latest version, I got a blue screen after about 7 hours. I tried XMP at 3600, then reduced it to 3200, but still get the same issue. I reset the BIOS settings but the problem persists. I need RAM speed around 3000, any tips or tricks? Also, can you guide me through manual RAM settings and voltages? Thanks!

Processor compatibility is limited to DDR4 3200. Check the BIOS settings and activate XMP for better performance.

only one profile exists—XMP at 3600. Should I stick to 3600 or lower it to 3200? Or just bump the value from 2133 to 3200 without using XMP? Also, what about adjusting other parameters like voltages?

There is no dropdown available for selection. Yes, you can adjust the frequency to 3200 while the XMP is active.

Sure, I can handle XMP and adjust the frequency to 3200. I did it before but experienced a blue screen after about 7 hours! Can you check the voltage settings?

XMP settings must adjust voltage as well, it's more than just a frequency adjuster.

After performing XMP, you should adjust the voltage accordingly to ensure proper operation.

It's strange that issues began after installing Win 10, yet Event Viewer records show crashes happening at the time.
