Sure, you can still use it, but going above 1.3 volts could be risky. It seems like a 4-phase setup, though the heatsink is quite small. If someone suggests doing this, just remind them not to exceed 1.3 unless they're sure. This motherboard actually has fewer power phases than some budget B450 boards. Good luck!
