I mentioned using a PS3 controller, but he’s got an Xbox one. The link works with a DS4, though—if you need more options, you’ll have to reprogram it since button layouts differ between makers.

He received a customized Star Citizen black mamba stick, similar to the thrustmaster warthog version, from the creators. That likely helped him improve.
