it seems like you're not quite sure what's happening. if the bios file is correct and you're meant to press the flashback button but it doesn't work, maybe you should try something else. i don't really know about their support these days, but i think it's probably best to return to the retailer.

I just got in touch with Gigabyte about the screen alert I saw when I powered on the device, so here’s what I’ve learned. I’ve already sent back the original board and installed a new one. They advised me to press the Y key and then Enter. It seems pressing Enter while holding Y isn’t necessary for the message to appear.

I haven't attempted it yet. I wanted to share my thoughts on what they mentioned. They should set up the hit enter functionality.

I received the identical notification again, yet the order functioned properly with this version. I now have the bios. I'm attempting to start the boot process to the media creation disk for Windows 11.
