It's time to switch to the nuclear choice and update the operating system along with all applications. Have you saved your personal files yet?

It doesn't seem to work. I've tried several times using low-level formats and a BIOS flash. The previous attempt by a professional specialist in a Web Agency office, using a protected router, with three clean low-level formats and a W11 BIOS flash, didn't eliminate the malware. It's possible it's a VM rootkit or bootkit similar to Vitriol or BlackLotus.

This seems unusual. If you possessed the Windows installation media directly from Microsoft and had proper sources for all your programs, it wouldn't occur.

Is this a setup you installed yourself, or is it part of a company-provided environment?

It was originally purchased as a new product at Megastore(Mediaworld). The person who installed the last version of W11 confirmed they used an original installation. There is no indication on the screen that it's a trial copy. I have a question. Given how difficult it is to remove the malware from the PC, could resetting the system to factory USB from Lenovo possibly solve the issue? I’m unsure if such a reset is resistant to rootkits or bootkits. If it works, I’d consider trying it. I was founded today using the link you provided, and I can choose between downloading the solution or purchasing a USB to reset the laptop to its original state.

Follow the instructions on the Media Creation tool. At the installation stage, choose the location for Windows and remove all partitions before letting Windows set up the drive automatically.
