Just a note, you should think about retiring that build as it lacks UEFI BIOS; any new version will include UEFI VBIOS, which means you're likely to encounter a black screen even though the system boots to the OS GUI. If you manage to get past this issue, the board is probably going to fail, especially since older Intel boards often failed due to bulging capacitors.
I wouldn't bother looking for a used Corsair, it's not that bad. I got an 850-watt model for just $20 and it's still functioning properly.

You can only find CoolerMaster MWE450 V2 80+Bronze close to this price. It’s a solid power supply. I personally checked every part and replaced the caps from good quality elites to cheap ones. Keep in mind, the capacitor isn’t the only factor to consider in a PSU. The design is modern and the FETs are also okay. Switching losses aren’t high; even at full load, it stays cooler than Corsair VS450 and CV450 (which are just rebranded versions with small changes in control circuits).
If you’re on a tight budget, don’t go below the CoolerMaster MWE450 V2 80+Bronze. The next best option is the Corsair CX550F (not CX, CV, or VS), as it’s available in Bangladesh and also here in India.

Yeah, most others switched to UEFI BIOS while Intel lagged behind, if I remember right. The H61 chipset being the bottom of the barrel suggests it didn’t get much attention or resources. I might be mistaken because I’ve seen some images and videos of other Intel H61 chipsets on Google showing UEFI BIOS. My ASRock board likely came first to announce its UEFI support before others, possibly even Asus.
