Never mentioned for 3070... since he plans to purchase an used RX570, which indicates he's staying within his budget. Based on what I understand about Bangladesh's PC markets, there aren't many choices available. Otherwise, I wouldn't suggest the MWE450. My preferred budget PSU is the Corsair CX550F because it's widely available, though it's significantly more expensive compared to MWE v2, especially when you consider a price point around 50-70 dollars—about a 20% difference equates to 10 dollars, which is quite steep. VS and CV options don't match up with the performance of MWE v2 bronze according to my tests. That's why I'm leaning toward an MWE450 for a tight budget build.
