I'm observing 11 at startup. After playing MSFS 2024, I noticed about 25 more after 15 minutes. In MSFS 2020, it went from 11 to 130 after 15 minutes. It doesn't seem to grow when idle. Nothing is overclocked, just standard settings. System runs smoothly with no crashes or freezes.

It seems like you're checking if the latest chipset drivers are installed.
Your motherboard's BIOS appears to be up to date according to the provided links.

BIOS F33
Chipset 7.01.08.129
I'm curious about whether the 12pin to 12pin cable from Corsair PSU could be influencing the performance. The ASUS TUF came with a 12pin to three 8-pin pigtail cable, but I'm using the one that came with the PSU, which is easier to handle and less rigid than the one provided with the GPU. Additionally, there are no overheating concerns with the ASUS TUF. Idle temperatures are around 29°C, reaching a maximum of 49°C under load. Memory stays at 40°C when idle and peaks at 56°C during operation.

The device that came with the PSU is adequate.
Are there any other PCIe devices besides the GPU that are installed?

It's about that. I own a Thermalright Prism 360 AIO, along with a rear case fan and three front fans included with the NZXT H7 Flow 2024 case. I've just ordered more Thermalright fans to install at the bottom of the case for airflow towards the GPU. I didn't mention earlier that since the 9800X3D has an AGPU, the HDMI cable connects to its port instead of the RTX 5080. Still, the RTX 5080 is handling the processing.

Why? The problem might stem from how the system handles the two GPU resources. It would be better to consolidate all displays from the 5080.

I'm expecting my PowerColor 9070XT Red Devil from Amazon, aiming for the first to second week of May. I'm curious about whether the issues will resolve then.

I included the earlier remark. Connecting to the 5080 may resolve the issue. Also, verify that your SSD firmware is current.

No, I received 10 at startup using the RTX 5080. The GPU originally had two HDMI ports, and I added more when moving from the first to the second port of the 5080.
