The most affordable option is around $530. Here’s the breakdown:
PCPartPicker Part List
CPU: Intel Celeron G6900 3.4 GHz Dual-Core Processor – $79 at B&H
Motherboard: MSI PRO Z690-A WIFI ATX LGA1700 – $145.99 at B&H
Memory: Crucial CT8G48C40U5 8 GB DDR5-4800 CL40 – $24.99 at Amazon
Storage: Leven JS600 128 GB SSD – $13.99 at Amazon
Video Card: MSI VENTUS 2X OC GeForce RTX 3050 6GB – $169.99 at Newegg
Case: GameMax Nova N5 ATX Mid Tower – $40.98 at Newegg

This build features DDR5, Wi-Fi 6 (built-in), USB-C (on the case), HDMI 2.1 (on GPU), and it lacks Bluetooth. The PSU is a solid choice for this budget build, though it’s a bit more powerful than necessary.
If you skip the Wi-Fi option, the total drops to around $300.

The most affordable option isn't the best choice. It must also function properly.

There are still sufficient resources available to operate Windows and produce the requested output.

I'm an Ms Office Automation Developer. As long as Windows 11 supports Office 365/2016 in that setup, it works for me. 16 GB RAM seems insufficient?

16gb is the lowest I would consider. The previous setup used just one 8gb stick, which I think isn't enough. What makes this build need DDR5?

Because DDR5 and HDMI 2.1 are the necessary standards for current technology demands.

It's always beneficial to stay updated, particularly regarding RAM if it offers good value and doesn't significantly increase the cost compared to older models
