Hi guys,
I recently bought a Bluetooth transmitter BTI-029. I'm facing pairing problems with my computer. I plan to use it to stream audio from my Quest 2, but it isn't appearing in the Windows 10 Bluetooth settings. While I can pair it with my AirPods, other devices like my PC, Galaxy S9, and iPhone 13 Mini don't recognize it. If I switch the transmitter to receiver mode, the PC detects it, but transmission fails. Any suggestions or workarounds would be appreciated.

Yes, it's straightforward; you'll need an app.

Hello, thank you for your response!
It seems I've already attempted that app, but you must pair the device in advance before using it.
I've been looking for a long time and it doesn't appear there are options for connecting transmitters to PCs, just mobile devices.

confirm you read the manuals?
connect the device via cable to BTI-029 in RX mode, then Bluetooth A2DP to your PC.
switch to BT to BTI-029 in TX mode, and connect your PC microphone or line input through the cable.
this transmitter sends a single non-Bluetooth signal to Bluetooth speakers when in RX mode, or receives a Bluetooth signal and forwards it via cable to non-Bluetooth speakers when in TX mode.

Did I read the manual in its broken English, haha?
My current configuration is:
Oculus -> Aux cable -> BTI029 in TX mode -> can't connect to PC's computer
TX mode is the transmitter mode that I'm trying to use.
My PC connects when in RX mode, but this is the opposite of what I want because it sends the PC's audio instead of receiving Oculus audio.
It looks like my only choice is to buy another BTI-029 and use it as a receiver that plugs into my PC's audio.
Someone else has similar issues with a TV instead of an Oculus, but they didn't manage to fix it.

That seems accurate, could you confirm which Bluetooth device you're referring to?

The example you provided is what I need to do.
PC without Bluetooth is the Oculus, and the Bluetooth Speaker is my PC.
When I connect to the PC in RX mode, it only transmits my PC's audio to the device. I connected my headphones to the device and heard my computer audio, which means the connection is reversed.

Sure, you should use a Bluetooth dongle that supports A2DP or check if you're lacking drivers and which one it is.

My bluetooth is the one that comes with my motherboard, B550 Vision D which is Bluetooth 5.
The windows bluetooth audio receiver app works fine when I pair my iphone to my PC. Even the Oculus bluetooth can connect to my PC, but with like 1 to 2 second delay.
Only thing that can't be found is this transmitter when in TX mode.

intel ax200 is likely the right device, as it supports a2dp. consider updating the bluetooth drivers.
