Can’t secure 32gb as mentioned before. Since I plan to upgrade later, I’m considering the 3600mhz cl15 since it’s more affordable and offers better frequency options along with a solid build.

Just use a 4000Hz setting on the 16-bit OC channel, voltage at 1.5V, and don't worry—maybe reduce the voltage if it becomes unstable.
