they really improved their work recently. the main concern these days is smurfs. GMs aren't allowed outside gm, masters are okay for 2700+, etc. etc. what rank would you need to spot hackers?

I was one of the players who aimed to win from the start. So when the team lost, it felt a bit disappointing.
After watching top-rated players on YouTube, particularly "Skill4ltu" (this individual pushed himself to collect all the tanks he had for "3 Mark of Excellence", and victories would be rewarded as bonuses), I began to change my focus. Instead of trying to chase victories aggressively, I shifted towards surviving as long as possible while still contributing damage. This approach helped me earn more wins than I anticipated.
You should definitely follow Skill4ltu on Twitch if you haven’t already, as he streams WoT exclusively and actively helps improve your skills.
Every time I watch him play or his YouTube videos, I’m impressed by his strong map awareness and strategic planning.
There’s also a player named "Taugrim" who consistently achieves high ratings without using premium ammunition, which is quite impressive.
The third player I suggest is "LemmingRush"; he always explains his reasoning behind each action in his videos.
