Shows CPU problem but might also relate to BIOS/RAM/board.
More details required: Is this a new build? What are the full system specifications?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Gigabyte Aorus Master is the brand of the board, and Aorus refers to the series it belongs to. We should identify the model of your board.
The image isn't clear enough, but I think it shows the CPU. This suggests a problem with the CPU or its pins in your motherboard's socket—possibly bent, broken, or the cooler was forced in too hard.

13900k cpu
This might also indicate CPU degradation on 13th Gen Intel processors.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide your full system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Add the age of your PSU, along with its make and model. Also include the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Make sure the CPU power connector is securely attached at both ends. Consider reinserting the memory and resetting the CMOS.

I performed CMOS with the button at the back and used a screwdriver. Also, I checked the Q flash plus component.
Additional information: My external sound card doesn't display any lights when I power on the computer, and the keyboard also doesn't show any activity.

The manual seems to indicate it's related to the CPU. Please check the pictures and confirm.

In the gigabyte manual it seems to focus on the CPU, check the pictures and confirm if you're correct.

No magical solutions are needed. Read the third post carefully. It’s the initial steps to verify everything is connected correctly, and remember we’re not at your house inspecting it.
