How was the system functioning prior? What actions were taken before it stopped working? Did you increase the CPU or GPU settings? Physically detach the graphics card from the system. Attach the monitor to the integrated graphics video output on the motherboard. Attempt to boot the system again.
I removed the 4090 and attempted to connect a monitor directly to the motherboard, but it didn't work. When I tried another monitor, the same issue occurred—both devices failed to turn on. From the first week, I experienced blue screens occasionally, even while browsing the internet. After formatting and installing Windows 11 three to four times, the problem persisted, appearing every few days. About a year ago, I tried an OC for the processor, but only five to seven attempts were made before I stopped. I concluded that the fans didn’t help much. In the past year without any OC, the system functioned intermittently—blue screens every few days and sometimes several times a day. The last time the system stopped working was during a relaxed session with no heavy tasks, just browsing the internet and YouTube.
Can we confidently say it’s the processor? Also, does experimenting with OC a year ago risk voiding my warranty?
The 13th and 14th generation CPUs are experiencing a decline in performance. A BIOS update is necessary to avoid lasting harm. Running the CPU without required BIOS updates in overclocked settings might have caused this issue.
I refreshed regularly using the gigabyte app and wasn't overly obsessed, just checking with the intel app to gauge performance. The CPU seems fresh, no visible damage or issues.
