You're not sure if the processor is actually faulty, even though the motherboard shows a "CPU issue" light.

Was die Systemfunktion normalerweise gewährleistet gewesen?

I removed the 4090 and attempted to connect a monitor directly to the motherboard, but it didn't work. When I tried another monitor, the same issue occurred—both devices failed to turn on. From the first week, I experienced blue screens occasionally, even while browsing the internet. After formatting and installing Windows 11 three to four times, the problem persisted, appearing every few days. About a year ago, I experimented with an OC for the processor, but only five to seven attempts were made before I stopped. I concluded that the fans didn’t provide any benefit. In the past year without any modifications, the system functioned intermittently—blue screens occasionally every few days or even several times daily.

On the day the system stopped working, there was no strenuous activity; it was just browsing the internet and YouTube.

Can we confidently say the processor is the cause? Also, does the previous experimentation with OC affect my warranty claim?

The 13th and 14th generation CPUs are experiencing a decline issue. A BIOS update is needed to avoid lasting harm. Running the CPU without required BIOS upgrades and in overclocked settings might have caused this problem.

I refreshed regularly using the gigabyte app and didn’t go all in, just checking with the intel app to gauge performance. The CPU seems fresh, no obvious signs of damage.
