Shows CPU problem but might also relate to BIOS/RAM/board issues.
Additional details required:
- Is this a new build?
- Full system specifications?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Gigabyte Aorus Master is the brand of the board, and Aorus refers to the series it belongs to. We should identify the board model. The image isn't clear enough, but I think it shows the CPU, suggesting a problem with the processor or its pins in the motherboard socket—possibly bent, broken, or forced tightly.

13900k cpu
This might also indicate CPU degradation on 13th Gen Intel chips.
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, always provide your full system specifications. List them clearly:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Add the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

Make sure the CPU power connector is securely attached at both ends. Consider reinserting the memory and resetting the CMOS. If the problem persists, detach the cooler and CPU, then examine the socket or chip for any damage.

I performed CMOS operations using the button at the back and with a screwdriver. Also included the Q flash plus procedure. Additional information: My external sound card doesn't display any lights normally when the computer starts, and the keyboard also doesn't show anything.

The guide seems to indicate it's about the CPU, check the images and confirm your understanding.

The manual seems to point to the CPU section. Check the pictures and confirm your understanding.

Read the third post carefully. It contains the initial steps to verify everything is connected correctly, reminding you not to be at their house while checking.
