I began with the preview, but now that there are real drivers available, it works perfectly for me.

Windows 10 performs well overall. Microsoft has addressed numerous problems, and manufacturers have released more refined drivers that resolved many issues. A typical setup machine should function without major concerns right now. Laptops may still experience shorter battery life if drivers aren’t fully optimized. For a workstation demanding peak stability, I’d advise holding off. Windows 10 still contains some bugs, but they don’t impact reliability. For example, pressing the Windows key and typing “calc” won’t launch it unless you use your mouse to select it. Occasionally it works. The problem mainly affects universal apps. Desktop applications usually run fine with the keyboard. If you type the full name of a universal app—like “calculator”—instead of “calc,” the Enter key should activate it. Such cases are common. It’s unclear if the Insider preview offers better performance, but overall the OS remains dependable and stable. You might see significant improvements in a month or so.

This discussion happens regularly. Windows 10 has been a positive experience for me, especially with Winaero Tweaker.

Only people who can’t fully read the privacy policy in simple language or who think they understand legal terms start to worry. They often use tools like Chrome, Google apps, Facebook, Siri, and their phones, assuming everything is okay because it seems straightforward.

I haven't encountered any problems with Windows 10 yet, and I find it superior to 8.1 Pro.
