I've been playing Black Ops 2 lately and it's been really fun. It honestly has the best gun balance of all the CODs and the maps are pretty good as well. I've not encountered any hackers in the 30 odd hours I've poured into it and there's still a good amount of people playing it. I still think I like COD4 a little better but that game is more or less dead now.
