Idle in windows I am getting around 38-45c
When in a brand new game Mankind Divided I am averaging 55-60c
Is this considered high? I did not run the game long as I did not want to risk it...
the machine is overclocked and I may turn off the overclock if there is an issue, but the fan works i manually set the fan to high and you can hear it blowing...

What changes were made to it, and if it's overclocked, those temperatures look reasonable.

wierd I got a warning at 61.... I adjusted my fan to be more aggressive speedwise...
It is overclocked to 4.4 gigahertz.
I ran the Deus Ex Benchmark from the game it maxed out at 56... should be fine, not sure what the warning was from but I left the fan on the Turbo mode so it is more aggressive at keeping it cool.

I received a warning at 61 and adjusted my fan for higher speed. It's now overclocked to 4.4 gigahertz. The Deus Ex benchmark ran well, peaking at 56, and I left the fan in Turbo mode to help with cooling. Temperatures are normal.

Your temperatures are acceptable.
I believe the figures aren't significantly different, but I intended to mention 2600k... it seems like an I7, perhaps some understood my point since I mentioned Sandy Bridge. Apologies for any confusion. The error was my mistake.

The warning came from something that could likely be adjusted to another temperature, but it's safe as long as the higher temperatures are maintained.
