Remember when you needed to upload a sample for approval? It’s been a while, and I wasn’t entirely certain about that process. Have you considered using the IMGUR idea? How is the testing progressing? I’m hoping everything is going well.

I changed to a 90 degree rotating fitting for the 'out' from the pump/res to the 'in' on the radiator. (It was the longest run of tubing, I actually made it about 4 inches or more, which would have been against the side glass panel... not cool). So I shortened the tube and adjusted the fitting there.

Then the tricky part... I used distilled water in a squeeze bottle and started putting it into the reservoir, filling it up, turning on the power, off, filling again, etc... It's been running about 85% full for around 40 minutes now. NO LEAKS SO FAR!!! OMG, I didn't mess it up... amazing. The top of the reservoir is off. There are very small bubbles in the reservoir against the walls... I'll check it later.

Nice. Appreciate the updates. It looks like a solid plan—leaving for a few hours to check the new loop for leaks seems reasonable. So far it sounds promising. I wouldn’t have missed anything significant, but I’d still prefer to be cautious in case of a slow leak. With such expensive equipment, a thorough inspection isn’t always necessary. I’ve got some lint-free blue towels handy, placed under the fitting connections during leak testing, so any drip would be immediately noticeable.

Yes, I have plenty of paper towels close to or under all fittings. I turned it off right now. I plan to start the leak-test early tomorrow morning and continue through the afternoon while I watch the football. (I'll be at home all day). Then I'll empty the water and add the EK CryoFuel premix (about 900 mL)... that should fix it, since it's just a CPU loop.
