I'm checking the VRM temperatures on your Gigabyte Z390 UD board. Your package temps are okay but the VRM temps seem high. Some people say 85°C max, others mention 120°C is normal. It looks like you're using 5 GHz at 1.33V and everything else seems fine.

It’s a bit excessive. Consider adding active cooling to the VRM to check for improvement.

Seems like most folks I encounter with high VRM temps use AIO coolers. Are yours set up as front intake fans? If yes, it’s likely warming the intake air and sending a lot of hot CPU-heated air across your motherboard or GPU. Remember the radiator adds resistance to airflow. If you have rear and top fans, are they directed as exhaust vents? At normal operating temps, components are built to handle up to 120 or 125°C—just make sure they’re not overheating, since higher temps cut lifespan and raise failure risks.

You might attempt to install an 80mm fan on the rear of the motherboard to circulate air around the VMRs. Look for tutorials on the topic.

Your VRMs are running at a high temperature, but 56°C is within normal operating limits for most systems. It’s generally safe if you’re not constantly pushing the hardware. Just monitor and ensure it stays below 70°C during intense sessions.

More than acceptable. If you rarely face situations where it exceeds 100, there’s no need to stress. Certain games I play cause my CPU/VRM to run much hotter than others, so stay alert. But if 107 is the maximum you ever see in a synthetic test, it should be fine.
