Even though 107°C might look high compared to your CPU temperatures, it's actually quite manageable for MOSFETs. CPUs are much more sensitive than MOSFETs and can handle around 100°C before problems arise, whereas MOSFETs usually stay safe past 110°C—though keeping them cooler is always a good idea. As others noted, improving airflow to your VRM is the most effective solution.
