It varies by board and processor, but manual overclocking isn’t recommended. Turn on PBO and let the system handle things itself—usually performance improves more naturally.

nobody has the answer. it varies by board. and each CPU works differently. zen doesn’t suffer from overclocking headroom, so there’s little point in just turning on PBO and stopping.
