Voltage for CPU overclocking
Voltage for CPU overclocking
I usually suggest keeping voltage below 1.3Vcore for Ryzen 3000 models. To understand safe operating levels, I recommend using Ryzen Master or HWinfo and applying a heavy workload such as Cinebench REL or extended Blender render. My system (3600 non-X) typically maintains around 1.35V under those conditions, with 4GHz all-core at 1.35V and 4GHz all-core at 1.25V. I can sustain 4.3GHz all-core at 1.3V or 4.2GHz all-core at 1.25V. All Prime95 stable runs show this pattern. Just monitor temperatures closely. Interestingly, I run cooler at 4.2GHz with 1.25V than at default settings.
