Well if you wanna think there is no skill in minecraft pvp then good for you, buddy. Just don't go on a pvp server and say that or you'll get your ass handed to you lol

Whoever keeps playing that game is still around, right? Notch had the smartest move by selling it once for good.

Agreed TBH.....The pvp combat is pretty much mashing and clicking in hand to hand combat wise...Does it take skill? No...You can strafe as much as you want and you could still get your ass handed to you especially when that person does the same thing... There is no skill in pvp hand to hand combat wise to my personal experience, you can strafe yeah but so can your opponent too so not exactly skill if your opponent can do the same...Now when you talk about shooting arrows, Then that is when timing your arrows right and all that stuff comes in, so that part takes skill,

It's just like the other guy. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about : P pvp has a lot more to it than just strafing. When I'm on a server and people tell me there is no skill in pvp I often give them full diamond armor and a diamond sword while I have full iron and an iron sword and I kick their asses every time even tho my gear is significantly weaker. Sometimes they REALLY don't know what they are doing and I can just strafe all around them but sometimes they can at least aim well so I start comboing them to death. Trust me, the idea that there is no skill in pvp is 100% lies. Not the slightest bit of truth in it.

Let me break this down clearly. Skill here refers to the precise execution of a specific ability rather than just the narrative. In my Minecraft PvP experience, I focused on hand-to-hand combat using swords—no weapons beyond that. It’s about mastery of technique and timing, not just having gear.

Absolutely, skip the usual gear like fishing rods or flint and steel. I’ve got my own take—check out my previous post with the attached video.

In Minecraft PvP, speed of jitter-clicking or mouse clicking is considered an important skill.

You're not quite 10, but I get it. I spent four years as a dedicated Minecraft player, logging over 12,000 hours. The game was great at first, but eventually it felt old. Building a PC became the main draw, and now I can enjoy GTA V in stunning 4K quality. Still, those long sessions took a toll—my back started to hurt.

I began my PC gaming journey by playing Minecraft on a low-quality laptop. This changed when I upgraded to a proper gaming machine, allowing me to enjoy titles such as The Witcher 3 and GTA V.
