After a fresh Windows installation, the system restarts and initializes its components.
I believe the issue lies with the documented Windows 11 support—it suggests Intel 8th gen or AMD Ryzen 2000 series, but if the system runs Windows 10 without trouble, it shouldn’t face problems with Windows 11. It looks like Microsoft may be planning to remove support for hardware that can handle the OS. For other operating systems, you’d need a bootloader or check TPM settings in the BIOS if you’ve assembled your own PC. Adding a TPM module would technically make Windows 11 more expensive.
