Version 1.2 only, no 8th generation—no Windows 11!
Reviewed the situation, realized the motherboard lacks a TPM chip—it's two years old. Probably no support for Windows 11. Feels like a letdown. Also, regarding Intel Core chips, Windows 11 compatibility begins with eighth-generation models; older seventh-gen ones won't work. Any suggestions on possible solutions?

It remains a poor version of Win10, just updated with a new name to boost Microsoft’s profits. Such a waste of time!
It might only be a couple of years old, but it’s still a platform for kids. You’d think modern devices would handle the newest operating systems, yet it’s odd how long Windows has been able to work with older hardware.
