Using xmp for Ram training boosts performance and efficiency.
Hey everyone, I just upgraded my PC to AM5 and set everything up. After enabling XMP, booting took a long time—sometimes over five minutes. At first I thought the RAM wasn’t working with XMP, but later I realized it was using my XMP profile. It took so long to reach BIOS and train the RAM. Once it worked, Windows showed the 5600MHz RAM speed. Is there a fix for this issue? It seems to be specific to newer platforms, especially compared to my older 8700K build where the problem didn’t occur. Thanks for any advice!
