Yeah, I was just checking earlier comments and what I found on Steam reviews.
It seems even a 980Ti struggles to maintain 60 FPS at times (without the cap). In general, this device appears to be poorly built and performs inconsistently across platforms.
It is locked at 30 fps unless you mod the config file. The benchmark however is unlocked. I have read that a lot of people with AMD GPU's are encountering many problems. The same thing is also happening with NVIDIA cards but with AMD, it is more pronounced. This is a NVIDIA sponsored type game and it still runs like shit on my 980 Ti. SLI profiles is crap. Running 1 card yields better performance than 2. With my setup, running 1 card only, I net an average of 70 FPS with a lot of dips in the sub 30's every few seconds.
