They’re asking for a return, but I have three different Asus boards from various generations with the same problem... it doesn’t seem like the hardware is broken. Need more suggestions.
Begin by executing MemTest. If no issues are detected, attempt to reinstall the memory modules, switch to different slots, or install one at a time. I experienced a comparable problem with a PC that was resolved by re-seating the memory modules. However, it caused extremely slow startup each time.
Ram performed well, but I also changed the slots and rearranged them. Could you tell me which motherboard you're using for this problem?
Performs extensive hardware verification prior to BIOS setup, such as MMO > RAM > GPU > ... ensuring proper recognition.
there are methods to verify the issue. you mentioned testing on another machine with a different GPU, which confirmed RAM functionality. memtest checks RAM integrity. it also assesses SSD, HDD, CD drives, and USB ports, though it doesn’t run every boot. hardware tests typically cover all these components during startup.
Asus is simply asking me to return the three boards with this problem... such a hassle!
