I wanna start off by saying, Yes I know userbenchmark is not the best, but 0th percentile??? could this be a sign of improper installation? I just installed the m.2 a few days ago and the GPU a few hours ago.
Here's a link to the bench:
Userbenchmark Test
Let me know if this is normal

Sure, the main constraint seems to be the motherboard. To get the best performance from your parts, it would be better to upgrade.

The B450 motherboard supports PCIe Gen 3, which might explain why Userbenchmark is evaluating it against other 4070TS models that could be operating in more favorable environments.

I had to physically adjust sections of the installation slot on the case to accommodate the GPU (the screws didn't align correctly). Is this related to the motherboard not being updated for newer large GPUs?

Initially, I'm confused about what I downloaded with Crystaldiskmark and why an anime girl is talking to me. Additionally, the message seems to say good health 100% if that's what you meant.

It's a Corsair 5000D Airflow and everything should be fine with a 4070Ti super setup, right?

The speed of the drive is what you should focus on. A screen capture would be ideal.
