Your GPU and other expensive components are limited by the motherboard. Unless you're okay with slower speeds, you should upgrade. It will pay off for a few years ahead.
If you can afford it, it's worth it, but you'll also need DDR5 RAM. DDR5 will benefit you for a couple more years, so you might want to think about it. DDR4 isn't terrible either.
