Use the integrated Nvidia Shadowplay on a compatible graphics card. Otherwise, rely on Frapper.

As mentioned earlier, the majority (all) of the free options are not worth it. You either receive something free or you get a solid product. Not both. (This applies to almost everything in technology too.)
