YESTERDAY I got Warzone and it felt like it was running in hell, there was no smoothness. Now it’s an app called QuickCPU, I set it to ultimate performance. The game ran perfectly, but my GPU (RX 470 4GB Sapphire) is only used 20-40% and the CPU is at 100. I’m wondering if I should stick with the CPU for ultimate performance or go with the default setting. Is there a way to boost GPU usage while lowering CPU load? My CPU model is Xeon E3 1225 V2.
Warzone demands significant processing power, making your 4c/4t CPU less than ideal. Expect near full utilization. You have no choice but to upgrade to a more capable CPU, which I wouldn’t recommend for your current setup because of its age and how upcoming consoles will render four-thread CPUs outdated—just like today’s models made four-thread ones obsolete.
