I believed the upgrade offered a fresh start? I tried several tools but only managed a minimal setup, so I’m hoping it’s fully installed now.

Upgrading Windows from version 10 to 11 won't erase all drivers. It may still improve device drivers when needed.

The update does nothing new—it maintains what’s already there as an enhancement, not a complete reinstall. If you suspect a threat, perform a full malware scan with Malwarebytes and share the findings.
