Voltage levels near 1.2 to 1.3V are fine too. The chip is functioning properly. Ryzen is a very responsive device, and I've been using it smoothly for about three months now.

It operates smoothly at 1.4x idle, reaching near 1.2 at higher speeds. Performance shifts noticeably between 69c and 70c.

That's a fresh setup at six days. You'd have to reach those specific voltage levels to see meaningful improvements compared to standard models. Everyone's in agreement these processors offer limited room for overclocking.
