Switching platforms doesn’t really fit your situation. You can afford a solid Intel CPU alongside the Ryzen and AM4 board. An i7 would be ideal, preferably an i7 8700 if you manage to locate it, followed by i7 9700. If you’re more budget-conscious, consider i5 8400f, 9400f or similar models from the 8000/9000 series.
