Have you reviewed the specification sheets for both boards?
With a close eye, it’s clear they vary in features. You should assess whether these differences are relevant to your needs.
Things like the count and kind of USB ports, NVMe ports, fan connectors, BIOS flash options, monitor connections, VRM quality, etc., all play a role.

I decided to take a more detailed look at it now, and they really seem quite similar, especially the Gigabyte Elite Wifi7 X. That clarifies my earlier simple question, haha. I feel confident I’m ready now.

The build appears excellent. The best RAM and cooler are available, but I wouldn't pay an extra $100 for the color or RGB on the case. Instead, I'd prefer to invest in something else, like storage.
