I believe the CPU is a good value. As someone who uses Intel and Nvidia, I prefer sticking with these two over AMD.
For the cooler, the 56.3 CFM model was recommended. Is this still the best choice?
Regarding the motherboard, would it be worth spending an extra $10 on the ASRock B650 Steel Legend? Would that improve performance?
I opted for Corsair memory because of brand loyalty and reliability. Should I keep only two 16 GB modules? Also, saving a bit of money is a good idea.

It's suitable for AMD CPUs. Corsair vengeance offers good timing options. They provide kits similar for AMD (Expo) and Intel (XMP), so choose wisely. Currently, a 2x16 setup may not suffice, but you might benefit from more in the future. 2x32 is preferable to 4x16 as it could prevent issues later. The best options are 4070ti super and 7900xt, though they're slightly above your budget range. This depends on the games you play, resolution, settings, and whether you're on a budget. If you don't require much power, consider a used GPU for around $100 from someone upgrading.
RM*e isn't as strong as RM*x & RM*x (Shift). The standard RM*x is outdated and doesn't support ATX 3.0. Unless you're using the most powerful GPUs, sticking with ATX 3.0 seems fine.
The one I mentioned has QD oled technology – it's definitely an upgrade. For it to be worthwhile, you'd likely need a 4080 super or 4090.

If you need to fit an Arctic Freezer III AIO into a case, you must choose one compatible with their thick radiators; I added such a case below. That situation might be more affordable, and Lian Li produces excellent cases, though I’m not sure if the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III matches in size.

This product is available in black and RGB options. I’m not sure about the quality of the Bequiet case, but Lian Li generally performs well in benchmarks for noise and cooling efficiency. The build quality is impressive and it’s easy to assemble.
